Now i am coming very close to the end of this tutorial series on statistics in business,by tomorrow i would be rounding up this tutorial series,but today i would be giving you some programs that can help you do it.actually from my research,have been able to find hundreds of software programs that aid statistics but i have chosen only two out of the numerous programs that aid statistics and they are as follows;

First before i tell you the programs,i would like to tell you the criteria i used for choosing this programs;

1) flexibility: this two programs are chosen by me because of their flexibility to use and easily make out with.

2) robustness: this programs although their flexible to use,they are robust enough for a medium sized business or even a big company to use.

3) speed: this programs are very fast in processing data and giving you results immediately and so i have chosen them.

4) price: this two programs are free to use.

All the above criterium are what i used to choose this very programs and so i believe that with the above criterium,this programs are your best shot for analyzing the data you collect from your business over a particular period of time.the programs are;

1) Microsoft excel: This program is a very popular but only few people have been able to use this program to the best of its ability.This program is used by many to just enter data and store it but this program can still do the following;

a) Automatic plotting of bar-charts,histograms based on the data given to it.

b) Automatic creation of pie-charts e.t.c.

c) Automatic finding of mode based on data given to it.

d) Automatic finding of mean based on data given to it.

All the above and many other functions are performed by this great but affordable program,in fact this is very good for small and medium sized businesses.

2) S.P.S.S: This is is a very commercial program as this program is used by so many big companies and organizations,that have to make very good use of statistics e.g this program is used by the bureau of labour statics to analyze data and get result and even  academic institutions make use of this program.the above microsoft excel functions and many other functions  are performed by S.P.S.S.you can easily get this program downloaded from google without much hassle as it is very popular.
