2.     To participate in the bid, send your bid amount to shortcode3210, at N10 for every bid SMS.

3.     You can bid as many times as you wish, during the bid cycle.

GenieNG has the right to disqualify a customer and/or his winnings if GenieNG deems that a particular customer or customers have used unfair means to win the bid.

·  Participant/owner of a mobile phone through which the bid has been placed will be responsible for all/any action that has been initiated/completed through their mobile phones.

·  Participants' SMS to GenieNG in regards to participation in Airtel “Bid & Get” will be treated as an electronic communication and we will assume that you have also given us consent to receive communication from us electronically on the same mobile phone.

·  GenieNG and its partners are not responsible for any failure of systems/technology etc. as a result of bids which do not reach the service/application of Airtel “Bid & Get”.

·  Successful bidder will be the one who is the owner of the mobile number from where the successful bid was originated.

·  Successful bidder will be decided on the basis of lowest & unique bid submitted & processed at the close of the auction as per GenieNG server time. This will be represented by way of a time-stamp mentioned along with successful bid confirmation messages. GenieNG time stamp will be final & binding.

·  GenieNG will try its best to ensure the product shown in communication (with features) is delivered to the successful bidder within a maximum period of 30 days. In case the same product is not available for reasons beyond GenieNG control, a similar product of similar value will be given.

·  This contest is not valid for employees, their respective family members or relatives of GenieNG and Airtel Networks Limited.

·  GenieNG reserves the right to terminate/suspend/block the mobile number of the participant if found violating the Terms & Conditions or providing false information to GenieNG.

·  In case, the respective operator is not able to verify/authenticate the information pertaining to a subscriber then GenieNG has the right to issue a warning/terminate/suspend access for the said participant to Airtel “Bid & Get”.

·  GenieNG does not take responsibility of sponsor’s credentials, product feature claims. Participants would bid for the said product at their own risk.

·  GenieNG will give 60% of the worth of prize in cash if the customer chooses a cash option instead of the prize.
